In the event of severe weather, bookings may be rescheduled. - Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may reduce your charter time. - No-show bookings are non-refundable. - Maximum capacity: 13 guests. - No weapons or unsafe behavior are permitted onboard. The captain may end the trip without a refund if safety rules are violated. - Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Life jackets are provided. - Please treat the yacht with care. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage beyond normal wear and tear. - The captain’s decisions regarding safety, weather, and navigation are final.
