Cancellation Policy Customers receive 100% reimbursement if cancellation requests are received within 72 hours of trip departure and 50% reimbursement if cancellation requests are received 24-72 hours from planned trip departure. Sorry but there are no reimbursements for cancellations less than 24 hours of departure. The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation if forecasted weather conditions or mechanical issues pose a risk to the safety of passengers and crew. If a reservation is cancelled by the company for any reason, customers will receive full reimbursement. Safety is our top priority. If any bad weather or other dangerous conditions develop during the course of a charter, then the trip may need to be terminated early at the Captain's discretion in order to return passengers safely to land.
