Rentals will not be extended for late arrivals. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the rental time are non-refundable. 🛟 Safety First: - Life jackets are provided and must be worn by all passengers under 13. - The designated driver must be 21+ with a valid ID and prior boating experience. - A safety walkthrough is required before departure. 🚫 Boat Rules: - No smoking or open flames onboard. - No glass containers. - Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times. - The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. ⛽ Fuel Policy: Boat will be provided with a full tank.
