We understand plans can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to prepare properly, our cancellation terms are as follows: - Full refund for cancellations made 15 days or more before the charter date. - 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the charter date. - No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the charter. We are happy to consider exceptions for cancellations due to external factors such as unsafe weather conditions or harbor closures. In such cases, we will offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible. All weather-related decisions are made by the captain in the interest of guest safety.
