We monitor local marine forecasts constantly. - Our Policy: If conditions are determined to be unsafe by the owner on the day of the rental (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or severe active marine warnings), we will gladly work with you to reschedule for a future date. If a reschedule isn't possible, a full refund will be authorized. - Please Note: We do not offer cancellations or refunds for less-than-ideal weather that is still perfectly safe (e.g., overcast sky, cool temperatures, light passing drizzle). ⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Arrive Early: Please arrive at the designated launch point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to complete your safety walkthrough and briefing. - Late Arrivals: Your booking time starts exactly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your rental period cannot be extended, as we often have back-to-back bookings. - No-Shows: If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us via phone, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The reservation will be canceled without a refund, and the watercraft may be re-listed. ⚓ Safe Watercraft Rules - Towing Safety: The ski pylon is intended solely for standard water sports towables (tubes, wakeboards, skis). Absolutely no anchoring or non-recreational towing from the pylon. - Zero Tolerance Policy: Operating a marine vessel under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any intoxicating substance is illegal and strictly forbidden. If our staff suspects impairment at the time of launch, the rental will be canceled instantly on the spot with zero refund. - Capacities: Maximum capacity is 3 riders or 600 lbs (272 kg) total. Overloading the jet ski impairs stability and is a major safety violation. - Boundaries: You must stay within the pre-discussed lake or waterway boundaries provided during your briefing.
