Refund & Cancellation Policy In case of cancellations, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Otherwise, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation from our company, you will be notified at least 3 days before and you may nominate a full refund of deposit or transfer your deposit to an alternative date. If a person becomes unwell and requests to be returned back to shore, then no refund will be given and it is also up to the Skipper’s discretion whether or not to return to port.
