Free cancellation up to 3 days before your trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY: cancellations before 72 hours will get a full refund of deposit. if you cancel within 48 hours you will lose your deposit. Trips cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full price if we are unable to rebook the time slot. If you do not show up for your trip then you will be charged full price. Bad Weather Policy : We will not take place in poor weather conditions. We will assess the weather & should we determine that the conditions are not suitable to send boats out, the trip may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled with the option of a full refund. By making a reservation with us, you expressly acknowledge that these terms and conditions apply Arriving Late policy: Trips cannot be extended due to tardiness. In order to be considerate of all our guests, you can only be guaranteed the full number of hours for your adventure if you arrive on time. Late arrivals with shortened trips will not be discounted. Unforeseen events, such as inclement weather, may effect our adventures.
