About the Trip: The harbor’s largest yacht, this 54' Sea Ray Sundancer delivers a luxurious Chicago skyline adventure. Its spacious bow features a 30-foot sunpad. Add a Lily Pad water mat ($50) for Lake Michigan fun. Host up to 12 guests with two staterooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cabin with a lounge area. Enjoy TVs, and QSC Bluetooth speakers. At night, underwater lights and a snow machine create a magical ambiance. WHAT’S INCLUDED: This yacht offers a luxurious day on the water with a refrigerator, coolers, cups, plates, utensils, and professional Bluetooth speakers. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED: As per USCG regulations, we do not provide a captain directly for your charter. However, we have a list of thoroughly vetted and pre-approved captains that are experienced with operating our luxury yacht. I chartered Jason's incredible boat with Captain James (Jimmy) for my 26th birthday with 12 friends (13 total) & it was an incredible day! The boat was exactly as described, we played our music on the Bluetooth speaker, swam with the lilypad provided, enjoyed the ice & coolers provided, and had the best day! Jason & Jimmy were incredibly responsive & I had the best chartering experience yet with them. Would highly recommend chartering with them!

All around, it was a wonderful experience! Jason was extremely responsive and generously accommodating to our needs/questions. The boat was spacious, clean and had everything we could want/need (utensils, plates, ice, coolers, large water mat, sound system etc.,). Our captain, Jimmy, was beyond welcoming and made us feel safe throughout the entire trip. 10/10 recommend. Thank you, Jason, for hosting us. We’ll be back next summer!

Everything about this whole experience was absolutely amazing and fun. Jason was so helpful and understanding with all my questions, the boat itself was so spacious, clean and had everything and more ready for us. Justin was also such a kind, fun and chill captain who made things more convenient and made us feel so comfortable and safe on the boat. Must recommend and will definitely be my group’s go to if we were to do it again.

Great owner and great boat. Jason gave us utensils, plates, ice, drinks and more. Justin was the perfect captain as well. He was cordial, fun and he was open to talking with us and making us feel at home. This is my favorite boat charter I’ve had thus far. And I’ve had quite a few as a native Chicagoan. Will book again. And I’ll definitely book with Jason and Justin. They don’t feel like a business. They feel like your neighbor. You can’t go wrong with this.

Jason’s boat was absolutely stunning, and captain Justin was outstanding! We had such a fun time with a mini river cruise, followed by swimming and fun with the floating lily pad. Next time I rent a boat, it will 100% be through Jason!

However, we've compiled a list of pre-approved, experienced drivers who are thoroughly vetted and familiar with operating our luxury yacht. After booking, you'll receive this list of approved boat operators . Their rate is $125 per hour, which is separate from your boat fee they are paid directly from GETMYBOAT. We have no other fees.
