What should you bring on the boat? - Sunscreen - Hat or Visor - Sunglasses - Waterproof bag for valuables - Goggles & Snorkles - Beach Toys - Floats - Towels - Drinks (Alcohol) - preferably cans - Snacks - Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks to enjoy during the charter. Just no Red Wine or Cheetos, please! What happens in case of bad weather? - Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund. What is your cancellation policy? - Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise. We reserve the right to cancel any cruise at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral issues. - Refunds are 95% of your total booking price, the 5% that is not refunded goes towards the preparation already done for the cruise. Thank you for understanding. - If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral, along with alcohol-related cancellations - these circumstances will never be rescheduled or refunded). For weather-related issues, your safety and comfort are our top priority. - We may choose to wait out a brief shower, reschedule for another day, or refund if we are unable to reschedule. - The captain reserves the right to take whatever course of action is most appropriate and will be in contact with you if your cruise may be affected by the weather. - "NO SHOWS" will NEVER be refunded or rescheduled! NO SHOWS after 30 minutes of scheduled departure, your trip will be cancelled without the option of a refund or reschedule.
