Policies & Important Information Weather: - Rain is a no-go. If it’s raining or forecasted to rain during your rental window, the booking will be canceled or rescheduled at no charge. Safety and comfort come first. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - Try not to be late, if you arrive late we will extend your time but only up to 30 minutes. - No-shows without communication may result in forfeiture of the booking. Safety: - The driver must remain sober at all times. BAC < 0.08 - All passengers must follow basic safety guidelines and remain seated while the boat is in motion. - Life jackets are provided and must be worn in case of emergency. Boat Rules: - No swimming from the boat. - No smoking (cigars allowed upon request) - No tying up to other boats. - Keep food and drinks inside the boat and secure to avoid spills. - Please treat the vessel with care—any damage may incur additional charges. Other Considerations: - Maximum capacity: 8-10 guests, adjust seating weight equally on both sides - Pets allowed only with prior approval. - Please return the boat on time to avoid late fees.
