Fuel is included, and ample parking is available at the marina, located a 45-minute drive from San Juan. - IMPORTANT: - We do not offer overnight charters. - When submitting an inquiry please indicate a time schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm. What to Bring: The customers should bring a swimsuit underneath, a change of clothes, towels, comfortable footwear, rain jacket, hats or caps (preferable with a chin strap), sunblock and your own hand sanitizer. Our DAY CHARTER features: • A fantastic 8-hour sailing day experience off the coast of Fajardo. • A visit to the beautiful islands of Palomino or Piñeros. • A delicious barbecue lunch, salad, rice, and assorted snacks. • Snorkeling equipment to enjoy the colorful reefs. • Time to take a refreshing dip in the sea or relax at the seashore. • Refreshing beverages including water, sodas, cold beer, wine and homemade sangría. Time Schedule: • 9:00am - 5:00pm (meeting time is 8:30 am. Our Vessel: Introducing our pride and joy, the Lagoon 380 model—a 38-foot vessel with over 1,000 square feet of recreational space. With over 825 units built, this boat boasts state-of-the-art technology and comfortable accommodations. Its fast, stable, and safe design ensures a smooth journey for guests. Featuring bathroom with a shower and a kitchen/dining area, the Lagoon 380 offers panoramic views, ample natural light, and cross ventilation. Equipped with an entertainment system, including stereo and iPod compatibility, the Janise promises a delightful sailing experience. Thank you.) - IMPORTANT NOTES: - We accept customers between 4 and 85 years of age in our Private Sailing Full Day Charter aboard our 38’ catamaran. - We only accept guests 250 lbs or less in our Private Sailing Full Day Charter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS General: • We accept customers between 4 and 85 years of age. • The customers are required to follow the instructions of our crew with the purpose of fulfilling the navigation in a safe manner. • The consumption of tobacco or other controlled substances is not permitted on the boat. • Customers who do not know how to swim will not be allowed on the beach without a life vest. _________________________ Age Limitations: • This activity is not recommended for persons 85 years of age or older and for children 3 years of age or younger. • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult (21 or over) who can sign a liability waiver for the minor in the presence of our authorized representative. All customers must fill out a waiver and medical questionnaire on the day of the activity. • An adult must sign the release form for a minor under 18 years of age in presence of our representative. • An adult must accompany a minor of 18 years of age or under in order to participate in the charter. ________________________ Cancellation Policy: • If the customer cancels less than 120 hours before the charter, the customer gets charged the full amount. • If the customer cancels 120 hours or more before the charter, the customer gets charged 20% of the total amount. • If our charter company cancels the charter, the customer receives a full refund. • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows on the day of the charter. • No partial refunds or credits will be issued if the participant is unable to complete the charter. • Our charter company reserves the right to cancel a charter if the minimum amount of guests is not completed 24 hours before the charter or for safety reasons. Should this be necessary you will receive a full credit or refund.
