Full refund up to 5 days prior.

Cancellations up to 15 days in advance, 50% of the total trip will be refunded. Cancellations less than 15 days in advance and cases of "no show" will not give rise to a refund. If due to natural conditions it is not possible to make the trip, the client may reschedule a new departure or request the full refund paid. Rain is not an impediment to navigation so it will not be a valid cause for cancellation of the reservation unless there is a red flag that prevents navigation.
