All deposits are non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined below. - Weather Conditions: Light rain, clouds, or moderate winds are NOT valid reasons for cancellation or refund. Only if the captain determines that conditions are unsafe for departure will a refund be issued. - Customer Cancellations: If you decide not to board or cancel for personal reasons, your deposit may be forfeited to cover the reserved time, crew expenses, and lost bookings. - Within 24 Hours of Booking: A refund may be requested within 24 hours of the initial reservation, except for same-day bookings. - More Than 4 Days Before Departure: Your deposit may be applied toward a future booking within one year or transferred to a friend or family member. No cash refunds. - Within 4 Days of Departure: Your deposit is forfeited. No refunds. - Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Strictly NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING.
