Important Booking Information Late Arrivals Your hire time starts at the booked time. Unfortunately, late arrival will simply reduce the time available on the boat, so please allow plenty of time to arrive, park and get organised. No-Shows & Cancellations If you don’t arrive for your booking, the full booking fee will apply. Boat License & Safety A valid Queensland recreational marine license is required. Your license must be provided and verified well before your hire date. All required safety equipment is provided on the boat. Weather & Wind Safety comes first. If conditions are forecast to be unsuitable, particularly winds above 17 knots, we are happy to work with you to move your booking to another suitable date, subject to availability. We want you to have a safe, enjoyable day on the water, so we’ll always aim to be reasonable when weather conditions make boating unsafe.
