In the event of unsafe weather, guests may reschedule or receive a refund, depending on the circumstances. - The captain's decision regarding safety is final. - No illegal drugs or weapons are permitted on board. - Please treat the yacht with care and respect. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the charter. - Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Food and beverages are welcome.
