Weather Policy: Safety comes first. Rentals may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (lightning, high winds, small craft advisories). Light rain alone does not qualify for cancellation. Management determines weather safety. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time for check-in and safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time without refund. Safety Requirements: All riders must complete a safety orientation before departure. Operators born on or after Jan 1, 1988 must have a valid Florida Boater Safety ID (temporary tests available online). Life jackets are provided and required at all times. Rules on the Water: No reckless operation, racing, wake jumping near boats, or riding under the influence. Operators are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
