Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 5 days before your trip.

Additional Terms & Information

Policies: All cancellations must be made more than 120 hours (5 days) before booked charter start time. If cancellation occurs less than 120 hours (5 days) before booked charter start time, NO refund will be issued unless you have purchased trip protection, or we may offer a credit towards a future trip at our sole discretion. In case of inclement weather (non-named storms), we will try to delay the start of the charter in the morning in case it clears up or try and accommodate you a day prior, or later, or during your stay, or a choice to reschedule at a later date. No refunds or discounts will be given if you decide to shorten your charter due to any reason. The full balance will still be owed. Please arrive at the dock at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. For British Virgin Islands, please bring $75 per person in cash for BVI Customs Fees.
