1. Security Deposit & Returns  Deposit Amount: A security deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is held against fuel costs, minor damages, or excessive cleaning needs.  Full Refund Criteria: The full deposit will be refunded if the boat is returned:  With a full tank of gas (receipt must be provided to verify).  Free of any damages.  Cleared of all personal belongings and garbage.  In a condition that does not require more than a basic wipe-down/cleaning.  Fuel Deductions: If the boat is not returned full, we will refuel the tank. The actual cost of the fuel will be deducted from your deposit, and a copy of the receipt will be provided to you. 2. On-Board Rules & Waste Policy  No Glass: For safety reasons, no glass containers of any kind are allowed on board.  Pack It In, Pack It Out: You are responsible for everything you bring onto the vessel. Trash bags will be provided for your convenience, but all trash must leave with you at the end of the rental. 3. Operator & Insurance Requirements (Uncaptained Rentals)  Age Restriction: At least one adult over the age of 25 must be on board and designated as the primary operator.  Licensing: The designated operator must possess and present a valid boat permit/license prior to departure.  Daily Insurance: Renters are required to purchase their own boat insurance for the duration of the rental day. Proof of purchase must be presented to us on the day of the rental before the boat can be released. 4. Cancellation & Weather Policy  Standard Cancellations: Bookings canceled within 5 days of the rental date are fully refundable.  Inclement Weather: In the event of unexpected bad weather or rough/unsafe water conditions, you are eligible for a full refund up to the day of the rental.
