The boat was rented for 1 day 9-16/2017. It is a beuterfull boat for a hreat price. In the morning of our departure, our Captain Filippe called and said the weather is bad and we should not go and what do we want to do. I told him i need to speak with my friends and seef if we can cancell plans for Monday, and if we could we will go out the next day. We could not change plans, so I asked my friend, who speaks better spanish to call Filippe and let him know that it will not be possible for monday. filippe tried to keep half the money, but we told him since he is the one cancelling it we need a full refund. He agreed and said to call the company. Later Carolina contacted me and tried to put it on us for the cancellation. Carolina said we never cancell. I am sure they are great people, but if you are calling to cancell then ot is on you to take the loss.
