GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ● Boats must be paid/cancelled in full before sailing. ● We are not responsible for personal valuables left behind or lost during the tour. ● If you request to reschedule your service one week in advance, a penalty of 30% of the total value will be applied. If you request to reschedule less than one week before the date, a penalty of 50% of the total value will be applied. ● The refund process will be processed within 30 business days upon sending a refund request email and bank certification from the same person who disbursed the money. ● Cancellation of any reservation made prior to the date will incur a no-show penalty of 50% of the total value. ● In the event of a cloudy or rainy day, the service will be provided under the same terms and conditions. The only situation in which a new date will be agreed or a refund issued is when DIMAR issues a red flag prohibiting navigation. ● It is prohibited to bring balloons, DJ equipment, Rx, consoles, or other equipment on board the vessels. ● The latest return time from the islands will be 4 p.m. to avoid high tide, unless a yellow flag is in effect an hour earlier. ● If you are making a bank transfer, it must be made to the same bank as our accounts; if it is a different bank than the authorized one, you must make the transfer sufficiently in advance for the transaction to be effective. Trips with outstanding balances or "IN EXCHANGE" transfers will not be operated. ● During the voyage, and depending on weather conditions, the vessel may experience sudden movements that are typical of exercise; these do not affect the safety of the trip. Therefore, it is important and mandatory to inform the crew if any passengers have recently undergone surgery, have back and/or spinal problems, are pregnant, overweight, or have any medical condition that requires special treatment. These passengers will travel at their own risk. In addition to being accommodated in an area where they will be less sensitive to these movements, they must complete and sign a waiver of liability.
