Full refund up to 1 day prior.
Additional Terms & Information
To receive a full refund, customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the Pink Boat charter starts time. No refunds will be given after that time period. The sole exception is if we close due to the weather, in which case a full refund will be made. Customers may reschedule their reservation one time up to 12 hours before the Pink Boat charter starts time without an extra fee based on availability. Note: the "full refund" option does not transfer with short reschedule notice requests. *Please, contact us with your cancellation request. Include your full name on the reservation, the reservation date and time, and what you would like to do with your reservation.
