If customer cancels the boat trip under any circumstances, the amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE Boats trips are subject to weather conditions. Therefore, the Operating Company or the Boat Captain has the right to cancel or reschedule the boat trip in the event of severe weather conditions. In this case, the customer gets a refund.
