ThirdHome is an exclusive network in which owners of luxury second homes and boats can exchange their property or make it available in return for stays in other high-end homes worldwide. Included: Skippering and navigating of the motor yacht (captain role), with support from a crew member for boat manoeuvres (setting sail, arriving at moorings, passing through bridges and locks, taking fuel & water and so on), with first priority for safety and comfort Creating a cruising plan, based on wishes and experiences of the guests. Note: weather conditions could have impact on the possibilities Advice for good restaurants, interesting spots, museums, activities on shore, and transport from / to airport and points to visit Explanation and assistance in using the facilities on board the ship (use of toilets, shower, kitchen, lights, TV and music system) Keeping the boat and interior clean based on normal usage Taking care of sufficient water and electricity supply Costs of mooring, passages of locks and bridges Excluded: Please note: fuel is not included, costs are 35 euro per hour Shopping and preparing meals, dishwashing: 30 euros per hour spent if provided by crew, purchases to be paid by guest Use of dinghy, only if skipper or crew member steers: 30 euro per hour Skipper and crew member sleeping ashore: 200 euro per night (see also options on next slide) Transport services from / to Amsterdam Schiphol airport to Amsterdam Marina: ~ 65 euro for a taxi / Uber drive
