1. Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. The captain holds the final authority to cancel or modify a trip due to unsafe weather conditions. If we must cancel due to severe weather, we will offer to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund. 2. Arrival & Delays: Please arrive at the marina at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. The rental time starts exactly at the booked hour. If you arrive late, the missed time will be deducted from your total trip duration without a refund. 3. Boat Rules & Footwear: To protect the teak deck and interior, please wear soft-soled, non-marking boat shoes or walk barefoot. High heels and hard-soled shoes are strictly prohibited on board. 4. Food & Drink: You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. However, red wine and strongly staining foods are not allowed on board to protect the upholstery and decking. 5. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins and interior spaces. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas at the aft of the boat, subject to the captain's permission. 6. Safety & Conduct: All guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times. Illegal substances and reckless behavior will result in the immediate termination of the charter with no refund.
