Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather or operational conditions. If a tour is cancelled, guests will be offered to reschedule or a refund. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before tour departure - 80% refund for cancellations 24 hours prior to booking. Even though we provide an experience with our dogs (one dog), guests have the ability to request NOT to have our dog along for the private tour. As we are a pet-friendly charter and offer our own experience with our own dogs, if guests want to bring their own pets, please let us know in advance as we will not bring any of our dogs along for the tour. Our pet policy does not allow our dogs to interact with guests' pets. Frequently Asked Questions: How many people can join a private charter? We can accommodate up to 10 persons for our 4-8 hour private charters. Can we bring our own food and drinks? Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, food, beverages and alcoholic beverages. Food/snacks and drinks can also be purchased at a beach bar during your trip. What drinks are included? We provide snacks and light refreshments, including water and juices. Can we choose what we do during the charter? Yes. Our private charters are designed to be flexible. You can let us know your preferences in advance or during the trip, and we’ll tailor the experience as much as possible. What should we bring? We recommend bringing swimwear, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any personal items you may need for the day. Will we definitely go to a beach? Beach stops are included when conditions allow. Your safety and overall experience are our priority, so locations may vary depending on weather and sea conditions. Is the experience good for special occasions?
