Awaken the adventurer in you, as you dip your oars for a trip down the Umzimkhulu River. The experience begins at Oribi Gorge Hotel at 08h00, with an introduction to your guide and trip leader, followed by a safety briefing. You will then be driven down a 4×4 trail to the “put-in point” on the Umzimkhulu River (15 mins). After braving the rapids (grades 2 to 4, depending on the river conditions) you will be collected and returned to the Hotel. The trip takes 2 to 4 hours (On-water time), depending on the river level. The rate includes refreshments (juice/water & chocolate) on the river. Lunch can be ordered from the sumptuous a la Carte menu, back at the Hotel. Braai and Buffet menus are available for groups – this can be arranged with the Hotel. 8am – 2pm 1 day notice period Summer: min 6 people Max. 22 people Winter: min 6 people Max. 12 people PRICES - Wild water Rafting – $43 - Wild Water Rafting – Two Day trip – $121
