As bigger and more stable boards were constructed, SUP spread as a world phenomena gaining all kind of followers; paddling not only on the waves but also on seas, lakes, and rivers. For some people, it is a good core workout or just meditation in a movement. For others it can be a beautiful trip from island to island, a long cruise along the coast or just simple exploration of bays and beaches. We can help you to discover this extraordinary sport! Equipment rental agreement - Equipment user with above specified name and surname (in further text lessee) is fully aware of the danger and risks of rented equipment and takes full responsibility of using and handling the rented equipment. - With signing this document lessee fully acknowledges that use of the equipment entails known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties and expressly agrees and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in the use of equipment. He hereby voluntarily releases, forever discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Devotion j.d.o.o. from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with use of the equipment. - It is lessee responsibility to use equipment in accordance with local country laws and regulations. - Lessee agrees to cover all damage caused to equipment during use and equipment handling. He also agrees to cover the material value of equipment in case of theft.
