Rent a 34 ft. Donzi boat for 15 people in Cartagena!

1. The boat can be used between 9.00am to 5.00pm. Departure time will be set by the client and won't affect the latest possible return time of 5.00pm. Changing departure and return times will not affect the price of the service. 2. The captain may insist returning prior to 5pm for comfort and safety reasons due to changes in the day’s weather. 3. Crew only speak Spanish. Guides in other languages can be provided for have an additional fee.  4. Transportation to and from the port of departure is not included (unless specified in your plan). This service can be provided for an additional fee. Cancellations  5. Cancellations and 100% refund exclusively for bad weather (only made in the morning of the rental and at the discretion of our company) and damage in the boat. Rescheduling  6. More than 7 days prior to rental: no additional charges applied. Subject to availability of new date. 7. Less than 7 days prior to rental: an additional 5% of boat price charged. Subject to availability of new date. 8. Less than 2 days prior to rental: an additional 10% of boat price charged. Subject to availability of new date. 9. Rescheduling due to bad weather (only made on the morning of the rental and at the discretion of Boating Cartagena): no additional charges applied. Subject to availability of new date.  Changes by the rental operator 10. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond of the control of the rental operator, the hired boat is not available, all possible will be done to supply the hirer with a boat of equivalent comfort and capacity. If this is not possible, 100% is refunded minus financial fees applied to any transactions. Damages 11. In the event any damage is caused to the boat or to its contents, accidental or intentional, the customer is required to pay in full for any repairs or replacements.
