All charters must have a USCG licensed Master captain, which runs about $60/hr, in addition to the above rates for charters with more than 6. We cruise at a comfortable cruising speed- additional Fuel costs paid by charterer. We acknowledge the anticipation and dedication involved in orchestrating a celebration on the water. As seasoned professionals, your safety and enjoyment are paramount to us. Weather remains unpredictable until your departure time. Forecasts change frequently, often deviating from predicted rainfall. Showers may be forecasted in the area, but not necessarily along our cruising route. Should rain approach, we can swiftly enclose the cockpit. Our new 8K custom-made enclosure, crafted with top-tier Eisenglass, ensures unobstructed views. Regardless of weather forecasts, we proceed with our plans. Cancellations only occur if the USCG issues a small marine craft advisory or if safety concerns arise, a rare occurrence. In such cases, we'll explore alternatives, including rescheduling or upgrading to a larger yacht if feasible. Sometimes, a slight adjustment in timing can make all the difference. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance will receive a refund, less any fees, including credit card and booking fees incurred.  We do not cancel charters under 30 days. You may reschedule to another date, within the current season only, if done so more than 14 days in advance. There is a 20% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is not permitted less than 14 days in advance.  Cancellations and rescheduling under 14 days will forfeit the entire charter fee. Any balance due is the responsibility of the charterer and will be charged in full. Holiday bookings and charters over 4 hours have a 50% non-refundable fee for rescheduling 30 days in advance. All requests for cancellation and rescheduling must be submitted via email and are not considered received until we respond. We do our best to accommodate our guests whenever possible, please understand we are a small business and once we accept your booking, we pass on all others, and we can not regain that. - Amal Salameh
