TRAILER INCLUDED WITH RENTAL MUST HAVE HITCH CONNECTION ON YOUR VEHICLE TO RENT (BALL & HITCH AVAILABLE 10$/DAY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE AVAILABLE) WE DELIVER WITHIN 10 MILES FOR FREE (TEXT OR EMAIL FOR DELIVERY/ PICKUP PRICING) WE WILL DELIVER AND PICK UP AT YOUR LOCATION OF CHOICE (RESIDENCE, NEUTRAL LOCATION, BOAT RAMP, ETC.) Rates •            Day (8hrs) $800        $180.00/jet ski deposit required to make a reservation for a Jet Ski Rental.        Enjoy TUNES  while cruising the lake!!! All jet skis have Bluetooth capability.              1 Adult life vests included with rental, any additional vests required can be rented for $10.00.        Rentals include 1 full tank of gas. Age Restrictions and Rental Requirements •            Must be at least 21 years old to rent.        If no one in the rental party is born prior to September 1st 1993, at least one person 18 or older           must have completed and be able to present their Boater Education Card from completion of Boater’s Education Course prior to use of jet skis. Course can be found at: https://tpwd.texas.gov/education/boater-education/boater-education-online-courses        Riders MUST HAVE: PFD (Life vest), cellphone, and sunglasses (or eye protection) to rent. Riders with riding experience only.        Signed Waiver & Rental Agreement required.        Driver's License required. Items on Wave Runner •            The Wave Runners come with a small dry compartment that you may put your cell phone, keys, wallet, or any other personal items.        Plenty of room for small coolers, backpacks, towels, etc. in storage compartments on the ski.        Ski comes with a flashlight, safety whistle, fire extinguisher, tow rope, docking line, and dock fender buoys. Cancellation Policy •            48-hour notice required for cancellations. •            72-hour notice required for any cancellations on holiday weekends. •            All cancellations within the 48-hour or 72-hour time period will result in the forfeit of the rental deposit. No Show Policy •            Any no shows will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation. Weather Policy •            If it is raining during the entirety of your reservation period, no rental fees apply and deposit will be refunded in full. •            If inclement weather occurs during your rental, store credit will be issued for time not used. Safety & Operational Agreement         PFD MUST BE SECURELY WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE OPERATING JET SKI (ALL FASTENERS AND ZIPPERS COMPLETELY SECURE).         FOLLOW ALL TEXAS LAWS AND RECOMMENDED BOATING PRACTICES FOR PWC OPERATION.              FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THESE LAWS AND GUIDELINES PRIOR TO OPERATION @ https://tpwd.texas.gov/regulations/outdoor-annual/boating/personal-watercraft.         JET SKI WILL NOT BE BEACHED DURING OPERATION, DOCKING ONLY. BEACHING IS ALLOWED ONLY FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. (IF DAMAGED IS ACCESSED TO BE DUE TO BEACHING, RENTER WILL BE LIABLE FOR COST OF THE FULL REPAIR)         TSUNAMI JET SKI RENTAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED DURING OPERATION OF JET SKIS BY THE RENTER, RIDERS AND OR PASSENGERS.            SKI IS SANITIZED AND CLEANED BETWEEN EACH RENTAL.   10% Military discount. Must present valid CAC card on arrival JET SKIs lost or stolen while in possession for the renter will render the renter liable for replacement/repayment in full for all equipment lost or stolen. (All items in this contract is executed upon submittal of deposit funds and goes into effect immediately upon drop off of equipment and ends upon completion of full Check out Procedures) A full walk through will be done upon PICK UP and DROP OFF...  Pictures are encouraged but not required.
