We recommend customers to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the established dock. The boat rental will end at the time of this confirmation without considering the punctuality of the passengers (If we have availability, we can start counting the time when all passengers are on board). Any change of schedule must be requested 48 hours in advance and will be subject to availability and approval. The tour may vary according to this change. If due to maritime restrictions of red flag stipulated by DIMAR (Authorities) it is not possible to make the tour, the client may request a change of date or the reimbursement of the value of the boat rental. Additional items such as food, beverages, sound, and other elements will be reimbursed at 50%. The refund may take up to 5 working days. In case of force majeure, proof must be provided and only the date will be rescheduled. In case the client decides to finish the tour before the contracted time, no refund will be made. The routes and itineraries may vary according to the captain's consideration depending on weather conditions. The use of fireworks and flammable elements on board is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited on board (electronic devices are allowed). Payments can be made by any of our published means. There will be an additional surcharge of 3% of the value of each transaction. In the event of operational issues that prevent the vessel from departing, an attempt will be made to replace it with another of similar characteristics. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued. The company will not assume any further liability or compensation.
