Cancellation & Weather Policy At our company, safety is always our highest priority. Because we operate in a natural marine environment, ocean and weather conditions may vary from day to day. Weather-Related Cancellations A tour may be canceled only under the following circumstances: Severe weather conditions that make navigation unsafe. When the official Meteorological Authority or Port Authority prohibits boats from departing. When sea conditions present a genuine safety risk as determined by the captain. In these cases, cancellations are made strictly to protect the safety of our guests and crew. Normal ocean conditions — including wind, light rain, waves, cloudy water, or natural sea movement — are not valid reasons for cancellation. These are normal characteristics of the marine environment and do not prevent guests from enjoying the beaches, snorkeling, swimming, or the overall tour experience. The beaches will always be there, snorkeling can still be done, and swimming is possible even with minor natural variations in conditions. Medical or Emergency Situations Cancellations may also be accepted in cases of: - Sudden illness - Accidents - Personal medical emergencies - Proper notice must be provided as soon as possible. In certain cases, reasonable documentation may be required. Non-Acceptable Cancellations Cancellations will not be accepted for: - Personal preference - Change of plans - Discomfort with normal ocean conditions Last-minute decisions not related to safety or emergency We kindly ask our guests to understand that we operate in a natural ocean environment where conditions can vary. However, unless there is a true safety concern or legitimate emergency, tours will proceed as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding, respect, and cooperation.
