If weather conditions prevent safe navigation, the charter may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Changes & Rescheduling Date or booking-holder changes must be requested at least 15 days in advance and are subject to availability. Arrival & Punctuality Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes before departure. A maximum 15-minute arrival tolerance applies. Safety & Responsibilities All guests must follow the crew's instructions. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the charter. Additional Fees The Marina dock fee is approximately MXN 150 per person, payable at the marina before departure. This amount may change and should be confirmed before the trip. Parking, transportation to the marina, and crew gratuities are not included.
