Luxury Bugatti Jet Car Boat Rental in Washington DC - Captain Included

I. Disclaimer This Waiver and Release applies to all renters, operators, passengers, and users of equipment provided by the company (hereafter referred to as "Rental Company"). The term “Rental Company” includes all employees, agents, representatives, successors, insurers, and subsidiaries of the company. The undersigned agrees that he/she is also signing this Release on behalf of the undersigned’s minor children. Renter agrees to disclose all potential operators, passengers, and users of the equipment. Failure to disclose any individual will result in the Renter being personally liable for any damages incurred by these individuals, even if arising from the negligence of the Rental Company. II. Release and Waiver of Claims For valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Renter hereby releases and forever discharges the Rental Company and its agents from all manners of actions, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, which arise from the rental, use, or misuse of the equipment. III. Liability to Third Parties The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Company from all claims for personal injuries, property damage, or other damages to any third parties, including operators and passengers of other watercraft, as a result of the rental activities. IV. Assumption of Risk The Renter acknowledges that the activities for which the jetcar is designed include inherent risks including bodily injury and death. The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment. V. Acceptable Use The Renter will be the sole operator of the jetcar and will use it in a careful, safe, and conscientious manner. All laws and regulations must be followed, and any Rental Company guidelines must be adhered to. VI. Prohibited Activities The Renter is prohibited from: Overloading the jetcar beyond the allowed passenger limit. Engaging in fishing or swimming from the jetcar. Docking the jetcar at non-designated areas, except in emergencies. VII. Age Requirements The Renter must be at least 21 years of age. VIII. Unsafe Use The Rental Company may terminate the rental immediately if the Renter engages in unsafe or hazardous use of the jetcar. No refund will be provided for security deposits in cases of termination due to unsafe use. IX. Condition of Jetcar upon Return The jetcar must be returned in the same condition as it was at the start of the rental, barring normal wear and tear. The Renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. X. Late Return If the jetcar is returned more than 20 minutes after the scheduled return time, the Renter forfeits the security deposit. Additional fees may apply based on the prorated hourly rate. Acknowledgment By booking a rental, the Renter acknowledges having read and understood these terms and agrees to comply without reservation.
