Aphrodite is offered as a bareboat (demise) charter. By booking, charterer assumes full responsibility for the vessel and all persons aboard. Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled 14+ days prior. No refund within 14 days of charter date. Weather: In case of unsafe weather conditions as determined by the captain or charterer, a reschedule will be offered. No cash refund for weather cancellations. Captain: A licensed captain is required and not included in the rental price. Charterer may hire an independent captain at $75/hour. Fuel: Fuel costs are not included and are the responsibility of the charterer. Rules: No smoking below deck. No shoes on teak deck. Maximum 12 guests. Charterer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Security Deposit: A $2,500 security allowance applies and may be charged for damages.
