By booking this 2024 Massimo pontoon, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: - Maximum Capacity: Total passenger count cannot exceed 12 guests. Booking & Cancellations - Weather Policy: All bookings are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds due to weather conditions, rain, or overcast skies - Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made outside of GetMyBoat's standard policy window 21 days prior will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Onboard Rules & Conduct - Alcohol & Drugs: Strict No-Tolerance Policy: Operating the pontoon under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any illegal or impairing substances is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund. -Legal age drinking is permitted onboard. Illegal substances of any kind are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund. - No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited on the boat to protect the premium leather upholstery and flooring. - Swimming: Swimming is only allowed when the engine is completely turned off and the captain gives explicit permission. - Pets: Pets are [Not Allowed] onboard. Damages & Liability - Renter Responsibility: The renter assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the boat, luxury leather seats, Bluetooth stereo, or included amenities (Lily Pad, cooler) by their party's negligence or misuse. - Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the boat is returned with excessive trash, spills, or mud requiring professional detailing.
