By booking this 2024 Massimo pontoon, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: - Maximum Capacity: Total passenger count cannot exceed 12 guests. Booking & Cancellations - Weather Policy: All bookings are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds due to weather conditions, rain, or overcast skies - Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made outside of GetMyBoat's standard policy window 21 days prior will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Onboard Rules & Conduct - Alcohol & Drugs: Legal age drinking is permitted onboard. Illegal substances of any kind are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund. - No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited on the boat to protect the premium leather upholstery and flooring. - Swimming: Swimming is only allowed when the engine is completely turned off and the captain gives explicit permission. - Pets: Pets are [Not Allowed] onboard.
