Guests should be at our location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour. Should you have difficulty finding your tour location, please contact us for assistance at least 45 minutes before your tour starting time. Rescheduling will only be accepted if done 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. ​ You are eligible to receive a 100% refund in the event you decide to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. You will only receive a 50% refund in the event you choose to cancel no less than 12 hours in advance. ​ Cancellation due to weather conditions or mechanical reasons – full refund of all deposits/payments for the activities. Decisions on weather conditions and the safety of the boat are at the sole discretion of the captain/ Tour Guide. Weather conditions that may cause cancellation: wind speed over 21 Knots waves over 2.0 meters, typhoons, or severe weather warning forecasts. For circumstances beyond the customers' control such as canceled or delayed flights(with proof), an attempt to reschedule will be made, and if necessary a refund will be issued. Last-minute illness, a poor mood, a hangover, jet lag, and windy, cloudy, scattered showers are not acceptable reasons to request a refund for a scheduled trip.
