Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation before seven (7) days of the scheduled event, no refunds will be issued, and only rescheduling will be allowed. Refunds: Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances: 100% of deposits for all trips will be refunded if the port is closed, or if our vessel experiences a mechanical malfunction preventing us from operating and conducting the charter. In this rare occurrence, we offer the client a full 100% refund or the option to reschedule. Injuries and Unsatisfactory Service: Our company, its agents, and affiliates shall not be held financially or otherwise liable for non-performance or unsatisfactory service, injury to persons (including death), loss, delay, or expenses arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government regulations, or any other causes. Additionally, we are not responsible for loss of property or damage thereto, or for any act, omission, default, or non-performance of any of our employees, agents, carriers, ground operators, or any other service providers. Important Note on Travel Risks: Participating in this cruise involves travel to isolated sites, often far from emergency and medical services, and therefore comes with inherent risks. You are required to be in good physical and mental health, and we strongly advise consulting with your physician and insurance agent to ensure you are adequately covered for any emergencies and eventualities. We highly recommend obtaining trip insurance to protect yourself, your family, property, and investment. Please be aware that in certain locations, emergency services and medical care may not be readily available or sufficient. Each individual is responsible for determining their ability to participate in this cruise. Change of Itinerary: Our company, its agents, and affiliates reserve the right to modify the itinerary, including changes made for reasons of comfort or safety. In the event of a change to the itinerary or date of the event, we will consult with the client. No Shows: There will be no refund for no-shows from a cruise, unless prior arrangements have been made at the time of booking. If a participant voluntarily interrupts a trip without cause, either by failing to join the trip or by leaving before its completion, no refunds will be provided.
