Charter a Classic Dyer 29 Flush Deck for Buzzards Bay Day Cruises

This is not a bareboat charter. Pricing includes the captain that will accompany you while underway. If you are limited in mobility, please note that access to the yacht requires that you ride on a launch to our mooring. This will require that you walk down a floating dock, board a water taxi, then transfer from the water taxi to our boat. While there are hand holds to assist you, the motion of the water requires additional strength and balance for you to be able to move from boat to boat. Cancellation policy: Charters are valid only for the date and time purchased. Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to departure will receive a 100% refund.  If you cancel at least 5 days before departure a credit on another date will be provided.  No refunds or credit will be given on cancellations made within 4 days of departure. Weather Cancellations:  The final decision to sail due to weather conditions resides with our company.  If your scheduled sail is called due to adverse weather conditions, you will receive a full refund, a credit for another date or you may give a gift certificate to share with a friend. Your safety is our highest priority. Our sails will run in light to moderately inclement weather. Don’t worry, we won’t send you out in heavy or steady rain, thick fog, high winds, or if the weather appears threatening.  We will sail in cloudy, lights spots of rain, or overcast conditions, so be sure to dress appropriately for the forecasted weather.  When the weather looks questionable, rest assured we will check the radar one last time before we leave and make sure conditions are safe.
