Notes for Overnight Charters: • 1 day/ 1 night charter starts at 9 am on first day and finishes at 7 am following day • 2 days/ 1 night charter starts at 9 am on first day and finishes at 5 pm on the last day • 1 week charter starts at 9 am on the first day and finishes at 5 pm on the last day Note 1. Overnight rates are per day out, based upon departures from 9am on first day and return by 5pm on last day, subject to a cruising allowance of 75 nautical miles per day out. Additional nautical miles shall be paid to the Owner at a rate of Bt400 (VAT not included). Note 2. Included in overnight rates: food and beverages (water, soft drinks, ice, tea, coffee) for up to 6 people, captain and cook/stewardess service, all bedlinen and towels, fuel and water use. Note 3. Additional surcharge is for National park fees, when applicable Note 4. All overnight rates are for up to 6 people. Extra people are charged 4,000 Baht per day for “Lipari” and “Setmarine”; 5,000 Baht for “Overblue” and 9,000 Baht per person for “Sunreef” yacht. Cancellation Of Cruise • Cancellation before the day prior to the cruise renter shall pay, 70% of the Net Selling Price. Overnight Charter Cancellations Upon booking, we shall collect a non-refundable deposit in respect of any overnight charter, and full payment at least one week prior to the trip. In the event of cancellation of an overnight charter, renter shall pay the Owner 85% of any monies collected.
