Weather Cancellation Policy: If chances of rain are over 80% 2 hours prior to your trip start time, we can reschedule or give you a full refund. Late Arrival Policy: If the client arrives more than 30 minutes late, a possible cancellation without a refund will take place. This is not our goal but due to tight schedules, one late arrival affects the rest of the trips that follow and we want to give all customers the same opportunity of starting their trip at their requested time.
