The whole experience was lackluster. First, our departure time was supposed to be at 2:10, then 2:30, and then pushed back to 3:00 pm. The boat finally pulled up and was not the boat in the picture. I was told that the company has 3 vessels and they can give us whichever vessel they wanted as long as it had the slide. Unfortunately, the slide was not what we cared about. We wanted the pads in the front of the boat to lay out. When I called Dolly, she stated that she never specified which ship and that the pictures on the post don't mean that's the boat we would get. She offered to refund me for the hookah. I have not received the funds. Let's move on to the food. We requested food on the boat. Four seafood platters and one chicken and salmon platter. We received all chicken and salmon. We were okay with that, but there were no seconds. We received a chicken kabob, a thin slice of salmon, and sautéed peppers. The food was an additional $175. That is $35 a person for a small plate. Not worth it! Let's move on to the rum punch. NASTY! Thankfully we purchased our own tequila for the boat. The workers on the boat asked us for our drink. The best thing about this trip was the staff on board. They were awesome. The photographer was friendly but charged $293 for pictures (I talked him down to $250). The photographer took pictures of everything during the boat ride, even while we ate, which was a little much. I have been on plenty of ships for birthdays, and this was the worse. I would never book again or advise anyone to book.
