The Basic Tour price does not include welcome drinks, full-speed segments, pick-up and drop-off at alternate locations, or fees for bringing your own food and drinks. All extras can be arranged for an additional fee. We proudly guarantee that the boat provided for Your tour will be precisely the one presented in our photos. Guiding your journey is a seasoned local captain, fluent in English, whose expertise and intimate knowledge of Rīga and Jūrmala transform your voyage into an effortlessly refined and unforgettable experience. Savor a touch of elegance on board with cold beer, Prosecco or Champagne. Secure your exclusive drink package in advance — Champagne, Prosecco, or premium beer, served in ice buckets. Guests are welcome to enjoy their own snacks or beverages on board; to ensure an impeccable experience, a nominal cleaning fee applies (€25 for up to 4 guests, €50 for up to 9 guests). Kindly note that this arrangement needs to be agreed upon in advance.. On board, we accept contactless card payments only. Captain’s boat Dāvids rules It is particularly important to us that every trip with the Captain's boat Dāvids is safe and enjoyable for both the Captain and passengers, so before boarding the boat and throughout the trip, all the following rules must be followed. The captain of the boat has the right not to start or stop the trip if any of the passengers behave aggressively, are found to be under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance that may endanger the safety of the captain, other passengers, or the intoxicated passenger safety during the trip. On the Captain’s boat it is forbidden to: - Have excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, dark color juices/ beverages. In some cases, it is possible to agree with the captain of the captain's boat on the use of light alcoholic beverages (in small quantities). - The use of red wine is strictly forbidden. - Use greasy foods/foods that stain (crisps, smoked products, burgers, fries, sauces, chocolate, etc.), berries (blueberries, cherries blackberries, etc.). - Use food/drink from glass containers (paper or plastic containers are allowed). - Damage, smear or in any way cause damage to the captain's boat and its equipment. - Smoking (including electronic cigarettes). - Bring pets on board (including any kind of small lap dog). - Enter the captain's boat in high heeled shoes, shoes with pointed heels, shoes that leave streaks (It is recommended to wear footwear with light soles). - Get off or jump off the boat without the Captain's permission. - While on the captain’s boat, passengers must follow all the rules and regulations that are in place. Children under the age of 12 must wear life jackets when boarding the boat and tit must be worn throughout the whole boat trip (life jackets are provided for all passengers). Parents are fully responsible for the behavior of their children’s whilst on the boat. If any of the rules above are violated, the trip may be interrupted or cancelled, and the payment will not be refunded. If the customer delays the start of the departure time, the missed time is included in the total, is not refunded and the return to the yacht club takes place at the original agreed time. The trip may be cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons. Cloudy, foggy, rainy weather is not considered as bad weather and not considered a reason to cancel the trip or return the booking fee. If the trip is cancelled due to technical reasons, the paid trip fee will be returned to the customer.
