Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made with 5 or more days notice: No charge. - Cancellations made with 48 hours notice: 50% of the rental fee will be charged. - No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: 100% of the rental fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.). Rain checks may be offered depending on availability. Pick-up and Return Policy - The owner handles towing, launching, loading, and unloading of the boat. - A towing fee of $1.00 per km applies and must be paid prior to delivery. - All scheduled pick-up and return times must be respected. - Late returns will be charged $125.00 per half hour. The same late fee applies to late pick-ups unless we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. Fuel Policy The boat is provided with a full tank of premium gasoline. Upon return, we will refill the tank and deduct the fuel cost (with receipt) plus a $25.00 service fee from your security/damage deposit. Reservation & Payment Policy - The minimum rental age is 25. A valid driver’s license and boating license are required. - The full rental balance is due on the rental start date and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. - A pre-authorized damage/security deposit is required. - The cardholder must be present to sign for all charges. - All drivers must initial our safety checklist and possess a valid boating license. Changes to Reservations Changes (extensions or upgrades) may be made at any time, subject to availability.
