Rent a 2026 Spark Trixx for a day on the water around St. Cloud, Minnesota. This three-person personal watercraft is set up for riders who want a comfortable and easy-to-handle option. The Spark Trixx comes with 90 horsepower, Trixx mode, and reverse, giving you flexibility while riding and maneuvering. Rentals are available with one or two units, each ready for transport on a trailer. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL MINNESOTA RENTERS: - Minnesota Statute 86B.306 requires ANY operator of ANY age (18+) of ANY rental watercraft have a valid Watercraft Operator's Permit. Sec. 86B.306 MN Statutes - How do I get a Minnesota Watercraft Operators Permit? - Option 1: 180 day temporary permit - Option 2: Permanent / Lifetime Minnesota permit - https://boattests101.com/united-states/minnesota - Please note that these legislative changes are confusing: a very similar boating law passed at the same time which requires a watercraft operator's permit based on age, phase-in time until 2028, to ensure every boater born after July 1, 1987 to operate their own / private watercraft. This is NOT the rental law and while similar, does not apply to rental watercraft. - All operators of rented watercraft must have a valid Watercraft Operator Permit, regardless of age. - Take pictures and videos of rental equipment before accepting. Note any damaged areas, and notify the company's Personnel. - Renter will be responsible for any damage to rental equipment while in their possession, whether by renter, weather, or any other factor. - Prop/Skag Damage is renter responsibility. Take a picture of the prop before and after rental. If damage is present, let the company's personnel know. Prop/skag damage will be charged for cost to fix, plus administrative fee. IF unrepairable, total prop/skag replacement will be charged at replacement cost, plus administrative fee. As of July 1, 2026 ALL renters under 26 must have valid Watercraft Operators Permit per Minnesota Law! - All drivers must be 18 years of age or older. - Renter must have a major credit card and valid driver’s license, with the same renter’s name on both. - Renter must be present at time of pick-up. - Renter must provide their current address, and address where the rental equipment will be used/stored. - Appointments are scheduled for reservation pick-up and are very important to keep. Please be on time. - No refunds for early returns. Responsibility of Damage & Loss: You are responsible for: - All damage to the rental (regardless of fault). - Loss of use of the rental while it is being repaired. - Decreased value of the rental caused by damage to it or repairs of it, which is not covered by insurance. The decrease in the value charge is at least 2% the value of the rental. - All damage or loss caused by blowout, punctures or other road damage. - Missing equipment and/or parts. - Damage claims, no matter who is at fault, will incur an administration fee ranging from $30-$500, in addition to the claim. - Theft and vandalism. - YOU MUST report all accidents and/or damage within 3 hours of the occurrence to the company. You agree to pay these charges from the credit source listed in your contract and assume all responsibility to submit accident reports and claims to the proper authorities. Maintenance & Breakdown Responsibility: - The renter is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels when refueling each time, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. - Instructions and procedures for maintenance will be provided at the time of rental. - Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage because of negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. This includes driving the unit too fast or too hard. - Radio, GPS, Bluetooth, Charging ports, and Fish Finder malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available. These are considered value-added or luxury items. - The company will provide contact information to aid with any questions throughout your trip. Cleaning the Powersport: - Renters are required to bring the toy back in “near clean condition” or a cleaning fee will be charged. - Cleaning includes basic exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, cupholders, cubbies, lifejackets, sand, etc.. - If the equipment requires special cleaning, an additional charge will be billed (ex: weeds, undercarriage pressure washing, animal/human waste, filthy interior/exterior taking more than 30 minutes to clean, etc.). This fee is at the sole discretion of the company. - The cleaning charge is for interior and exterior cleaning only. It does not cover any repairs needed. Fuel: - All the toys fuel tanks are “topped off” (or full) before departure we ask they be returned in the same condition. A refueling fee of $50 plus the cost of the fuel will be applied if the toy is less than full when returned. - Fuel tank capacity or fuel mileage are not warrantied. We assume no liability for fuel consumption rates. - All gasoline or propane refueling during the trip is at the customer’s expense. General Rules: Drivers and passengers must wear safety equipment in accordance with Minnesota law, with children under 12 required to wear a personal flotation device (PFD) at all times. Drivers must not consume alcohol or drugs or ingest any substances that could adversely affect their ability to safely and successfully operate the vessel. The rental must be operated according to DNR Water Safety Laws for the State of MN, with the renter being responsible for the loss or damage to the rental equipment due to negligence. The company will not be held responsible for any and all claims on behalf of the renter or occupants for bodily injury or property damage that occurs while the equipment is under the renter's control. Operation of the watercraft is not permitted from dusk to dawn. lf you must cancel your reservation, and we are notified at least 14 days prior to your scheduled rental time, we will refund your payment in full, minus 10% of total rental cost to cover initial and reverse transaction fees/time. If you are a no-show or cancel for any reason less than 14 days prior to your scheduled tour time, we cannot refund any portion of the payment. All sales within 14 days are final and non-refundable. The company cannot be held responsible for and will not issue refunds for personal inconveniences, health-related issues, family emergencies, injuries, road or launch conditions, public transportation delays, traffic jams, or inclement weather. When you make your reservation, we are reserving a space for you and now turning away other potential guests. Extenuating circumstances such as dangerous weather may only be cancelled and refunded on single day rentals (Minus 10% fees of total rental cost for transaction fees), by the company at our option, and refunded. Low water, rough launches or weather ARE NOT reasons for cancellation, these factors are all part of watersports. If conditions permit and agreed to by both parties, rentals may be rescheduled to another date, or a prepaid rental certificate of equivalent value can be issued at customer's option that can be used by customer, traded or sold, or used as a gift. Certificates are serial numbered and can be used any year any season for watercraft or other rentals.
