RESERVATION DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, WEATHER - All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. - 100% refund of charter fee if cancellation is submitted 15 or more days before the booked charter date - 50% refund of charter fee if cancellation is submitted 8 to 14 days before the booking Charter date - 0% refund of charter fee if cancellation is 7 days or less of booked charter date or a no-show - Credits - Rescheduling - Refunds - Our company will determine if weather and lake conditions force a delay, a reschedule, or a refund of deposits. Our goal is for our clients to have a great, safe experience while boating with us, so we remain flexible and work with clients to deliver that goal. Please understand that there will be times where weather is an issue and we realize that and we will work with clients to delay a charter, reschedule a charter date, or credit the client, or a refund if no other options can be agreed upon. Acceptable weather issues to delay or cancel a charter are heavy storms with lightning, USCG small craft advisory warning, and very large waves. Basically, though if we can get out we will be going. - While on charter if the charter is cut short due to dangerous weather conditions, deemed by the Captain, then we will work with client to either credit, reschedule, or refund the time charter was cut short. Charter times are when we leave the dock and the time we return to dock. - If circumstance on our part prevents a charter (mechanical issues or no captain available) a full refund of charter fee will be offered or a reschedule on another day. - A delay on our part is not grounds for refund. We reserve the right to delay the charter up to two hours if needed for fueling issue etc... - Holidays/Air Shows/Fireworks Shows/Run to Chicago/Michigan City Races: Add 30% (Billed at office)
