You must arrive 1 hour early to take a boater's safety test if you were born after 1/1/1988 and please arrive 30 minutes early for all reservations. You may take the course before you arrive at Florida Boat Rental License & Online Test | Boat Ed®, this is the easiest and fastest way to take the course. Otherwise, you must arrive 1 hour before your booking time in order to take the $10.00 boating test.     Age restrictions:18+ to rent, 16+ to drive with valid driver license Passengers can be all ages ( As long as you can fit into a US Coast Guard approved life jacket you can ride as a passenger on the waverunner). Anyone born after January 1st 1988 will be required to have a boaters license. You can obtain one Florida Boat Rental License & Online Test | Boat Ed® here. Please bring your driver’s license with you, you must have it at all times on the vessel and we will need to obtain a copy for our record. Pontoon/Jet Skis are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico. The person signing the contract must be 18, have a valid picture ID, & a VALID credit card for incidentals. You must be 16+ years old to operate a jet ski. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, it is advised you do not operate a jet ski, consult with your doctor before considering this activity. No alcohol consumption is allowed before operating the jet ski. No service dogs allowed. Not handicap accessible. Renters must present a valid form of identification when checking in. A valid credit card or debit card will be required when checking in. For the safety of our customers, our equipment, and other people and vessels on the water, our company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, behaving inappropriately, or behaving in a manner we deem to be unsafe. Additional Information The jet ski has compartments. However, it is best to leave all your valuable items back home or in your vehicle. Our company will not be responsible for loss or damaged personal items.  If you do not bring the jet ski back within the time frame designated, a $100/hour charge will be payable directly to the vendor. If you choose to cancel an ONE HOUR before your rental you be charged a $50 late cancellation/delivery fee. Early return will result no refund. Be sure to check weather forecast before renting, no weather refund AFTER leaving dock. With our Jet Skis, we can accommodate up to 2 passengers or a maximum weight of 400 lbs. Our jet skis can reach speeds of 45 mph+. They are brilliantly stable and offer utmost comfort.
