Rental Terms: ✅ Minimum Age: 18 years old to rent. ✅ License Required: A valid Boater Safety Card is required for anyone born after Jan 1, 1988 (Florida Law). ✅ Security Deposit: A $200 refundable deposit is required before rental. ✅ Identification: Valid government-issued ID is required for all renters. 📋 Rental Agreement: All renters must sign a digital rental agreement before the trip. This is sent via email and must be completed before we launch the jet ski. 🚫 Restrictions: - No alcohol or drugs before/during the ride. - No beaching the jet ski. - No aggressive or unsafe operation. - No towing of inflatables or other watercraft. - Only the person(s) listed on the contract may operate the jet ski. 🕐 Late Returns: A $100 fee applies per hour for late returns. 🧼 Care & Cleaning: We provide a clean, full-tank jet ski. Please return it in the same condition. Any damage or excessive cleaning needed may result in additional fees. 🌊 Weather Policy: In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, your rental can be rescheduled without penalty. 🛑 Cancellation Policy: - 2 days + notice: full refund of reservation fee. - Less than 2 days: reservation fee is non-refundable. - No-shows: full charge applies.
