All renters must comply with Florida boating laws and operate the vessel safely at all times. Fuel is not included in the rental price and will be charged based on actual usage. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. No reckless operation, racing, towing, or operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is permitted. The boat must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. Late returns may result in additional charges. In case of severe weather or unsafe boating conditions, the rental may be rescheduled. Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. Safety equipment is provided and must remain on board at all times.
