This boat must be driven by a licensed Captain only. The gasoline fees and tip are not included in the offer. This amount must be paid 1 day before your trip or must be paid on the same day of your trip. (Inquire for more details). Remember that the captain will not start his trip if gasoline fees and tip have not been paid in full. Weather Cancellation • If during the trip hours the average percentage of raining probability is over 50% HOURLY AVERAGE (indicated in Accuweather website hourly), the charterer is entitled to reschedule the trip reservation or get a refund. • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). As a reference we use (hourly) Accuweather website. Important: The confirmation of your reservation will always be sent 2 days before the reservation date, since changes can occur in the marina, and they can change marinas at any time. Important Notice - Bridge Delays We would like to clearly inform you that, on certain occasions, delays may occur due to issues with the city bridges (such as malfunctions or operational interruptions). These situations are completely beyond our control, as they are managed by the city authorities. In some cases, vessels may be temporarily held or delayed while the bridge issue is being resolved. We kindly ask for your understanding that these circumstances do not fall under the responsibility of our company or crew. For this reason, no refunds, reimbursements, or compensations will apply in the event of delays caused by bridge-related issues.
